Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

In order to keep our high quality and our prices as low as possible, all products are shipped directly from our production in China. Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days but may take a few extra business days during periods of high demand. In rare cases, a customs fee may apply. 

RETURNS

To be able to return The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original unopened packaging and you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

Returns follow traditional trade regulations and are therefore not accepted for personal care products, swimwear and underwear in broken packaging.

When returning, it is easiest to use Postnord. Be sure to include information about your order number, name and address along with your returned item in the package you send.

Before a return:

Please send an email to info@bikinimode.se before returning, where you state the order number, your name and surname, postal address and email address. Also state the reason why you want to return the product. 

Send the products to the specified address that you will receive directly from bikinimode in connection with your email conversation.

Returns are paid for by the buyer and the company is not responsible for the return cost. Bikinimode is a Swedish company so returns are sent to our address in Sweden.

When returning the product, you should be careful to get a receipt from the postal company, depending on how you return the product.

*For orders that require a refund, we would like to inform you that certain bank fees will be charged. 

REFUND (If applicable)

Once the product has reached us and been inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. We will also send you a notification that the application has been approved or rejected.

If the application is approved, the refund process will be initiated and the amount will be automatically issued within 30 days.

1.1. The Bikinimode customer may refuse to receive the package containing the products purchased under a contract or, where applicable, to return the products in the following situations:

- 1.1.1. The packaging is seriously damaged;

- 1.1.2. The products were delivered/invoiced incorrectly;

- 1.1.3. The products have manufacturing defects;

The customer must notify bikini fashion their intention to return the purchased products by written notice (sent via email info@bikinimode.se) within 30 calendar days after receipt of the products.

The customer who has notified bikini fashion in accordance with Article 1(1) is responsible for returning the products within 30 calendar days, otherwise bikinimode considers the complaint to be unfounded and may refuse the return.

When returning the product, the request will be made within 30 calendar days from the notification of the intention to withdraw from the contract, provided that it is confirmed that it will be returned.

PRODUCTS ARE NOT EXCHANGED/ EXCHANGED

Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging with the original label.

The value of additional services paid for by the customer, including but not limited to transportation of products, is not refundable.

In all cases, the customer will bear the cost of return/re-shipment, except for the situations described in points 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 and in the event of non-compliance, in which case bikini fashion will bear the value of the transport.

Delay or lack of funds (if applicable).

If you haven't received the money, contact the bank again, as it may take a while for the money to reach the card.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your modified product to reach you.
