General conditions

Article 1 - Delivery Policy

1.1 We primarily use Postnord as a supplier, but in some exceptions, other suppliers may be used.

1.2 Once you have placed your order you will receive tracking information about your order within 1-3 working days if this is not met please contact us.

1.3 We may notify you if we expect to exceed the expected delivery date, but we will not be liable to you for any loss, liability, cost, damage or expense arising from any delay in delivery to the extent permitted by law.

1.4 We may be unable to deliver products to certain locations. In such cases, we will inform you and arrange for the cancellation and refund of the order or delivery of the order to an alternative delivery address confirmed by you.

1.5 The risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address, and also when delivery is delayed due to your failure to comply with your obligations under these terms. The risk passes on the day on which delivery would have taken place if you had not complied with your obligations.

1.6 If you are unavailable to accept delivery or collection of your order, we may send you an email with instructions for a new delivery or collection from the carrier.

1.7 If delivery or collection is delayed due to your refusal to accept delivery, or if you fail to accept delivery or collect your order from the carrier, we may charge you for any other costs incurred by us in returning the order to the sender, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

1.8 The goods are shipped within 1-3 working days, in exceptional cases 3+ working days after confirmation of receipt of payment. The standard delivery time is 8-14 working days. Occasionally, in case of high demand and peak season, delivery may be delayed by a few more days.

1.9 Our shipping terms and conditions only apply in Sweden.
It is possible to order from other countries, but our shipping policy does not apply to such orders.

1.10 All our prices include VAT.
