Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

To offer high-quality products at competitive prices, our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses and production facilities. Delivery usually takes 10–14 business days, but during periods of high demand, delivery may take a few additional business days.

As the United Kingdom is outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, or import charges may apply in certain cases according to UK customs regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order was received.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, or personal-use products where the hygiene protection, seal, or original packaging has been opened or removed.

1.1. Bikinimode customers may request a return in the following situations:

1.1.1. The product was received damaged or with a manufacturing defect

1.1.2. The incorrect product was delivered

1.1.3. The product does not match the order placed

1.2. Customers must notify Bikinimode of their return request via e-mail to info@bikinimode.se within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

1.3. The return request must include the following information:

- Order number
- Full name
- Delivery address
- E-mail address
- Reason for return

1.4. The return address will be provided by Bikinimode customer service following an approved return request. Returns sent without prior contact with customer service may be rejected.

1.5. Customers are responsible for returning the package within a reasonable timeframe after the return request has been approved.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated under sections 1.1.1–1.1.3.

We recommend sending returns using a tracked shipping service. Customers remain responsible for the return shipment until it has been received and registered by Bikinimode.

For returns, we recommend the following carriers depending on the country:

- Royal Mail for the United Kingdom                                                                                                                          - PostNord for Sweden and Denmark
- Posten Norge for Norway
- Posti for Finland
- Deutsche Post for Germany
- Poczta Polska for Poland
- PostNL for the Netherlands
- BPost for Belgium
- Correos for Spain
- La Poste for France
- Poste Italiane for Italy

Bikinimode is a Swedish company and all returns are sent to our return address in Sweden. As the United Kingdom is outside the EU, any customs duties, VAT, import fees, or shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

If the return is approved, the refund will automatically be processed to the original payment method within up to 30 calendar days depending on the bank and payment provider.

Any bank charges, currency exchange fees, or payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Bikinimode reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product is returned used, without original packaging, or without an approved return request.

EXCHANGES

Products are exchanged only in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact for an exchange to be processed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Bikinimode is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the company’s control.
